By using UnitedMenus you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. The site is operated by an individual rather than a registered company.
Accuracy of listings
Menus, prices and opening hours change frequently and are provided for general information only. We compile listings in good faith from information restaurants publish about themselves, but we do not warrant that any listing is current, complete or correct. Always confirm with the restaurant before relying on anything you read here, particularly prices, opening hours, and allergen or dietary information.
We are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, the restaurants listed unless explicitly stated. Restaurant names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything done through your account. Give accurate information when you register, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.
Content you submit
You keep ownership of what you submit, but by submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish it as part of the directory. You must have the right to submit it, and it must not be unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing.
We may edit, refuse or remove any submission at our discretion, for example a listing that is inaccurate, duplicated, spam, or submitted to damage a competitor.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, bulk-download or systematically copy the directory;
- disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site;
- submit false listings or reports, or impersonate a restaurant or another person;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
Advertising
The site displays third-party advertising. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for the goods and services they promote. See the privacy policy for how advertising cookies are used and how to opt out of personalised ads.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, code and original text are ours. If you believe material on the site infringes your copyright, contact us at [email protected] with enough detail to identify the material and we will review it.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on a listing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes; the revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
