Monk's Burger Bar is the synthesis of the two most incredible things that have ever existed in human civilization: food and beer. Our goal is to reimagine what a modern gastropub is and establish a long-standing heritage of sustainable, high-quality, locally produced food, perfectly paired with man's most significant achievement — craft beer.
