Thorn Restaurant & Lounge

Thorn, a modern American restaurant and lounge inside The Rose Hotel in Rosemont, IL, is a great place to sip and savor. Thorn serves breakfast, noon, dinner, and late-night beverages, with breakfast available until 3 p.m. every day. The lounge has luxurious, comfy lounging areas with TVs, or the dining room offers a more formal dining experience. For groups of up to 150 persons, private dining is also offered. Favorites like Avocado Toast and Chicken & Waffles, as well as unique Rose products like Greek yogurt bowls with fresh fruit and nuts and The Rose Burger with Smoked Gouda, Caramelized Onions, and Crème Fraiche Ketchup, may be found on Thorn's modern American menus. Because of the restaurant's closeness to O'Hare International Airport, Thorn features international-inspired meals such Smoked Chili Pork Belly Bao Buns and Shawarma Naan Chicken Roll. Executive Chef Nicholas Malloy, whose remarkable resume includes high-end hotels and privately owned restaurants, created the cuisine. He's been selected a Restaurant Hospitality Power Chef for 2021!
