The Scoop N Scootery

It's sometimes difficult to believe. We travelled to Orlando, Florida, and boarded an ice cream truck destined for Boston, despite never having scooped ice cream before. It took almost a year to locate investors, seek for permissions, and meet with officials from the town hall and the health department. We spent all of our money on a truck we'd never seen, in an industry we'd never worked in, for a company plan that didn't exist. Even though the odds were stacked against us, it simply added fuel to our fire. We were ecstatic at the prospect of creating something utterly new and original.
