Our Story OVER 50 YEARS OF HAPPY CUSTOMERS Chickies Beef was started in 1962 on 28th and Pulaski by my Grandparents; Bob and Madeline “Chickie” Bailey. Everything at Chickies is Homemade from our award winning Italian Beef, our famous hot peppers, fresh hand cut fries, to our Made from scratch Italian Lemonade! Our Homemade Italian Beef has been voted “best beef in Chicago” and won many awards Over the past 50 years. In 2007 Chickies was welcomed into the Vienna Hot Dog hall of Fame. I look forward to continue bringing you the “Best” for many years to come!
