The Brown Cow Ice Cream Parlor is a retro soda fountain that makes highly premium ice cream from scratch using local ingredients. The Brown Cow prepares the majority of their products from scratch in-house, using local ingredients. Our equipment is refurbished as long as it remains energy efficient, and all of our takeout containers are composed of corn starch to dissolve in a landfill. We are one of the few businesses in town with a comprehensive recycling program. Every dollar you spend at The Brown Cow supports our local economy by 90 percent.
