The dinner table is about so much more than simply food. It's about laughing, crying, remembering, and chisme. Most importantly, it is about spending time with the family. It's more than simply eating; it's a whole experience. Tatas Tacos cordially invites you to join us at our supper table. Welcome to the clan. Almost all of my childhood memories are from the little kitchen we had in our modest home in rural Mexico it was the social center for everybody who lived or visited the property. There were days when the whole kitchen was filled with grownups preparing tamales and screamed at us to get out while we wove between their legs chasing each other. On other days, my sister would cook us rice and beans while teaching all of us younger kids life lessons that we would carry with us into adulthood. Meals have always been the most significant time of day in my household. Surprisingly, the food has always been secondary to the primary reason we get together. Someone watching my family enjoy a meal would notice more than just a platter of food. They would witness joy. They'd hear laughter. They would witness love. When I think of a dinner, I envision myself seated around a table with the people who mean the most to me.I consider how, although we like the meal, we enjoy each other's company far more. It's a holy period that we set apart only for each other. The majority of our time at the table is spent choosing what to eat next, but sometimes that's the finest part. I am thrilled to share my passion for food and the holy experience it represents with everyone at Tatas Tacos.
