The proprietor from Dali has now introduced the most authentic Yunnan flavour to Boston. Caiyunzhinan, a recently founded restaurant, specializes in Yunnan rice noodles. Many people think of the crossing the bridge rice noodles when they think about Yunnan rice noodles. However, there is another type: little pot rice noodles. Can a bowl of rice noodles transport you to Yunnan?
