Ingredients: whole eggs, cream cheese (pasteurized milk and cream, cheese culture, salt, guar gum, carob bean gum, xanthan gum), unsweetened chocolate, unsalted butter, erythritol, almond flour, coconut flour, water, vanilla, sea salt, xanthan gum.

Rich, gluten-free chocolate brownie batter topped with caramel and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Made with our own gluten-free flour blend, the only brownie on the market with the gooey, chewy caramel texture on the top is now offered gluten-free. Ingredients: brown sugar, soybean oil, whole eggs, caramel (corn syrup, milk, coconut oil, butter), semisweet chocolate chunks (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, dextrose, lecithin), cornstarch, brown rice flour, cocoa, vanilla.

Tart and tangy lemon curd hand ladled on buttery homemade gluten-free shortbread crust made with our own gluten-free flour blend. All baked and topped with a dusting of powdered sugar. Ingredients: sugar, brown rice flour, butter, whole eggs, cornstarch, citric acid, lemon extract, baking powder.

Same great look and flavor as our original Lemon Bar without the sugar. Great for those with dietary restrictions who cannot consume sugar. Sometimes when making delicate products free of preservatives and stabilizers, shipping can be a challenge. For that reason, this product is currently only available by the dozen. Ingredients: untreated wheat flour, maltitol, whole eggs, butter, water, citric acid, lemon extract, baking powder.

Deep rich vegan chocolate brownie topped with semisweet chocolate chips with the added hardy texture and chewiness of ground flaxseed. Ingredients: sugar, untreated wheat flour, semisweet chocolate chips (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, dextrose, soy lecithin, vanilla), soybean oil, water, unsweetened chocolate, flax seeds, cocoa powder, vanilla.

The sweet and tart flavor of our vegan raspberry-filled fruit bar is enhanced by a crumble crust and topping. Ingredients: raspberry filling (raspberries, water, granulated sugar, pectin, citric acid, locust bean gum, ascorbic acid), untreated wheat flour, Non-GMO Premium Vegetable Blend (Palm Oil, Palm Fractions, Water, Salt, Emulsifiers [Soya Lecithin, Distilled Monoglycerides], Natural Butter Flavour, Citric Acid, Antioxidant [Mixed Tocopherol {Soy-Derived}], Vitamin A & Colouring [Beta-Carotene]), sugar, oatmeal, vanilla, baking soda, citric acid.
