First location opened in 2017, Shang Noodle aims to both honor and elevate the Chinese culinary tradition of handmade noodles. With an emphasis on high quality ingredients, classic techniques, and thoughtful presentations. We want to delight our guests with an affordable meal that satisfies all of their senses. Our concept may be rooted in the past, but our execution embraces contemporary tastes. Shang Noodle is expanding fast and just opened its fourth location across the Chicago area.
