Welcome to Shan, a Punjabi village. With all of our Indian unique ingredients, unusual dishes, and tongue-tingling flavors, our Indian cuisine can be both thrilling and daunting. 500 Harvard St Brookline, MA 02446, a vast array of spices play a vital role in Shan a Punjab menu. “ It's such a diverse universe of delicious flavors. Shan, a Punjabi chef, employs the entire taste spectrum—spicy, sour, sweet, and hot all at once—creating a dish that wants to fly off the plate and into your tongue. Shan, an Indian restaurant in Brookline, is completely distinct, with the only thing in common being years of cooking experience and the use of spices. To mention a few, we utilize cumin, coriander, turmeric, and ginger—"Every spice has a reason for existing in a meal," says the author, "and there are an unlimited number of ways and strategies for employing all of these spices."
