It's All About What's Inside: Picture of Schweet The Original Homemade Chicago Cheesecake We are the Schweet firm. Not just a brand, but real people. We're West Side Chicago natives who believe in the importance of community. In fact, community is a company's true currency, which is why we keep things local and authentic for our customers. Our desserts are proudly inspired by a recipe from our grandmother. So we want to eat home-cooked meals and share them with the people we love. It's about you. Inside are fresh fruit, homemade whipped cream, a healthy crust, and our signature batter. We don't sell pastries that have been sitting on the shelf for a long time. We're known for our delectable artisan cheesecakes.

  • The Viola - Strawberry or Blueberry

    Our most famous - a cheesecake with a twist. A buttery graham crust and rich filling that's perfect for any celebration when the average dessert just won't do. It has a fluffy homemade whipped cream, fresh blueberries or strawberries (your choice). Who needs a traditional birthday cake when you can have one of these?   • Jayne - The Plainest

    Have a Jayne, because sometimes it's best to keep it simple. This means you can have it prepared as a plain/traditional cake with no topping - OR - have it as we recommend: with a generous layer of our fork-licking homemade whipped cream! This is good advice - you choose.

  • The Avenue

    The Avenue is named after our favorite street in the city: Chicago Avenue. It's dignified, yet unpretentious! This cheesecake has a layer of caramel and buttery graham crumbs on top. Mmm good. Ingredients: Eggs, milk, flour, sugar, cream cheese, whipped cream, flavor, homemade love.
