Posto

Antipasti, insalate, handmade pasta, grilled meats, fish, and chicken, Dolce, and, of course, our Neapolitan wood-fired pizza, are all available at Posto. Our Italian wood-burning oven, which allows us to cook pizza at temperatures above 850 degrees, is the focus of Posto. We use our own Fiore di Latte mozzarella cheese, which is prepared fresh every day, and import the finest Italian pizzeria flour and the most delectable San Marzano tomatoes from Italy. We use local farmers and artisans whenever possible to make both classic Neapolitan dishes and fascinating new ones!
