Since 1979, domenic's has offered italian meals rooted from culinary traditions cultivated by its namesake, domenico maione, in naples, italy. His experience as a baker and butcher in the napoli region, together with that of his wife, enza, were the cornerstones of a local institution that has become a foodstuff staple of waltham ma and beyond. Ciro, domenico, and enza's son, ciro, opened a classic italian pizzeria in 2020, with a made-from-scratch philosophy, comfort italian food, and neo brooklyn style pizza (neapolitan-brooklyn). Enzina's customer service purpose is as fresh as it was when domenico began selling bread off his lambretta scooter in naples, namely to deliver authentic and excellent italian food to anybody who walks through the door.
