Pho & Spice

The Waltham restaurant has been open for nearly 9 years. The creator, who is of Vietnamese and Thai origin, wanted to share his enthusiasm for Asian food, which he inherited from his mother, with the area, which at the time of the restaurant's opening had only a few Asian restaurants. The restaurant was taken over by the original founder's relatives in 2016. Pho & Spice has launched on a new mission, with a mix of previous staff and some new faces, as well as a brand new logo. We've broadened our purpose to include education and providing great customer service, in addition to our original goal of raising awareness of Asian cultures. We've been working on new recipes for our clients.
