OTTO Pizza

Pizza is a straightforward dish. It does not, however, have to be ordinary. We've been working to improve the pizza experience since opening our first slice store on Congress Street in downtown Portland in 2009. It all starts with the ingredients: high-quality, local if feasible, and imaginative and soothing toppings. Mashed potatoes, perhaps? Tortellini? On a pizza, cranberries? These are just a handful of the things we tried and found to be successful. One of our most popular pies is The Masher, which has mashed potato, scallion, and bacon. When we originally put it on the menu, many felt it was strange. It's not easy to prepare simple meals. We work hard to ensure that every pizza is great and every slice is unforgettable. Every member of our crew is driven by the aim of consistently well-executed, basic food, whether at one of our slice counters or in one of our full-service dining rooms.
