Moona or Mouneh is Arabic slang for storage or pantry, a cozy 30-seat Arabic luxury casual that focuses on the best pantry / mune items behind the dish. It is a restaurant. Our concept is spices, spice blends, olive oil, olives, tahini, various types of molasses, and other ingredients. It's all about procuring and making the best pantry items that stand behind your food. In the fall and winter, there are tahini, pine nuts, pomegranates, and Brussels sprouts with coriander. In the summer, there is a grilled squid salad with toasted almonds, lasina toquel, the attal charlotte, feta cheese, lemon, and olive oil. I like to play with local seasonal ingredients. We are confident that adding authentic dishes such as hummus, baba, and falafel to the menu will give you the best taste ever. The restaurant, with its modern and rustic interior accented by the Mediterranean, features a 10-seat bar and a cozy 20-seat dining room. Bright blue, green, and white colors reminiscent of Arabian design are used throughout the space, complemented by a modern touch of exposed bricks and plumbing, copper accents, and mosaic tiles. To suit the ever-evolving seasonal menu, Moona's Bar offers a selection of cocktails, as well as a list of wines and craft beers.
