Mainely Burgers

Mainely Burgers, a food truck and restaurant empire, is co-owned by Jack and Max Barber. The Barbers grew up on Cape Elizabeth, Maine, where they ate fresh, locally grown and caught food. The Barbers now have eateries in Massachusetts and Maine where they sell burgers and fries. Max and Jack want their employees to have a good working atmosphere. Their grandfather's emphasis on quality, as well as the Portland culinary scene, have influenced them. Several of the brothers' employees are immigrants, which they are proud of.
