Isshindo Ramen

Our tonkotsu broth is distinct and creative. Our soup broth is created with only the best pork bones and highly treated water, and it is cooked at a very high temperature. To make a full-bodied, clean, and creamy Tonkotsu base for our ramen, the method isolates both the umami (pleasant savory taste) and vitamins. Traditional ramen consists of golden egg noodles with a wavy form. However, based on comments from local visitors, we chose yellow noodles as our main course and cooked them to a "chewy" texture since they continued to simmer in the broth when presented.
