Go Go Curry

Our curry style is Koshihikari rice with a rich curry sauce. Koshihikari rice is a very thin and finely chopped cabbage topped with crispy fried katsuretsu pork cutlet. The Japanese and we are named after Hideki Matsui, a former baseball legend. He has a jersey number 55 because he is a proud hero in the Kanazawa region. We make curry using 55 methods: stew for 5 hours, age for 55 hours before serving. It goes well with curry and uses Koshihikari, which is delicious even when cooled.
