El Campeon

El Campeón is a Pilsen-based Chicago enterprise that was started in 1993. We have always provided specialty cuisine dishes for particular events throughout the city. We invented our original Pia Colada Acapulco Style in 1999 and haven't looked back since! Our novel and tasty drink has now become a mainstay at every event we attend, from the Windy City to the surrounding suburbs, across the Midwest, to Miami on the East Coast and Los Angeles on the West Coast! We take pride in providing our consumers with an experience unlike any they've had before. At El Campeón, we try to take you on a vacation to paradise, Acapulco style! From chopping and artistically carving our fresh pineapples to perfectly combining our family recipes, we strive to take you on an Acapulco-style trip to paradise!
