Demos

Demos was renovated and restored by George and Manny Maherkis, two young Greek entrepreneurs with a dream. When they saw the old Watertown restaurant was in need of some updates and caring new owners, they jumped at the chance to revitalize it. The Greek restaurant was already a beloved fixture in the neighborhood. The Maherkis brothers kept the traditional Greek cuisine that everyone loved while adding some fun new additions to the menu. The building was renovated with an updated façade. Today, the restaurant is the Greek-themed haven George and Manny had always known it could be.
