We want you to have vegetable dreams. Why? We make the world a better place if we provide you memorable vegetables and you start fantasizing about them. The meat business is the third largest emitter of greenhouse gases. That was something I read in 2007. With your help, I opened Clover with a food truck a year later as a sort of "lab" to test ideas and "create" a new approach to food.
