He chose to open a restaurant with a neighborhood atmosphere, where you can come with family, friends, or simply by yourself to enjoy a range of tasty, home-cooked menu dishes and engage with friendly employees, after ten years of working in the kitchen. Breakfast House Chicago & Coffee Bar established its fourth site in Wrigleyville over six months later, continuing the company's mission of offering good breakfasts, a fantastic customer experience, and a local feel throughout the Chicagoland area. In truth, Jaime's son Diego came up with the name for the restaurant when he was eight years old.
