They rebranded the Chrusciki Bakery pierogi and opened a new firm called "Simply Pierogi." In the former Sears building at The Eastern Hills Mall, Chrusciki Bakery, Simply Pierogi, and the new Sto Lat Bar all opened under one roof. All of Chrusciki Bakery's delights are available, as well as quick-service Polish cuisine from Simply Pierogi Polish Kitchen and beer, wine, signature cocktails, and more at Sto Lat Bar for lunch and dinner.
