OUR STORY HOW IT ALL BEGAN Demos Restaurant was first established in 1971 in Watertown and subsequently expanded to Waltham in 1996. Guided by family ownership, Demos provides homemade Greek and American cuisine in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Our continual commitment to freshness, expedient service and incomparable value has set the standard from which we aim to build as we serve our customers.
