Blue Ribbon Sushi

Blue Ribbon Sushi is the creation of Master Sushi Chef, Toshi Ueki, in collaboration with Chefs Eric and Bruce Bromberg and the Blue Ribbon team. Blue Ribbon Sushi embodies Toshi-San's spirit of individuality by offering a truly authentic dining experience. Inspired by their surroundings, Blue Ribbon Sushi restaurants are modern neighborhood restaurants with no boundaries. Blue Ribbon Sushi’s menu features a wide range of traditional Japanese cuisine, including nigiri, sashimi, and chef-crafted maki rolls, as well as cooked items from our kitchen. We serve fresh fish flown in daily from the Sea of Japan, the Pacific Ocean, as well as selections from local New England Waters.
