In our recipes, we want to bring a little bit of Ecuador to Chicago. So much so that we prepare our own spices and never use boxed powders or artificial coloring in our kitchen. Our empanadas are prepared fresh to order, and our soft drinks are the only processed goods we have, which says a lot.
