More about The Great Escape
After several years, many began to wonder when the Great family would return to the restaurant industry.
The original edifice erected on this location in 1889 still has the bar and banquet room.
Al Capone sold the restaurant liquor in the 1920s and was seen in the bar doing business with local gangsters.
